1. Introduction

3. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one account on the mb8my Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, mb8my reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close such accounts and void all associated transactions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mb8my login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. mb8my will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.

You are required to notify mb8my immediately via the 24/7 Live Chat support channel if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. mb8my may suspend your account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.

mb8my reserves the right to request documentary verification of identity ("KYC documents") at any stage, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not pass KYC verification may be restricted from making withdrawals or may be closed at mb8my's discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mb8my Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage;

mb8my cooperates fully with relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities. Any suspected criminal activity identified on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the mb8my Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and written content — is the exclusive property of mb8my or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mb8my.

9. Limitation of Liability

The mb8my Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mb8my makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. mb8my's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.
